Yes, you are peace. Any unfulfilling, negative emotion that anyone has (fear, anger, suspicion, viciousness, bullying, shaming, meanness, lying) is learned. Peace is innate.
The chaos and dogma and the mean-spirited acts that may surround you, you can change. One person, one act can create peace. Peace, calm, tranquility can be achieved by you at any time and in any place. Only peace, brokered by love and good-will intention is permanent.
Right now, you can create peace and tranquility. A restful, peace-centered mind is and can be your domain. All it takes is first a willingness to suspend anger, grudges, falsity, pain, blame or any negativity which dispels calm and the second order is to choose peace. Some meditate, others offer prayers or read or write or create art or dance to re-gain their inner need for peace.
Mantra: I will not dwell on the unpleasant things of life. I will be a joyful and happy being. I am peace.
Slow down, chill out, think with your heart, create kindness. Be gentle, look for goodness. Frame your life with mindfulness. Sing a song, write a poem. Smile. Peace, be still.
