Monday Miracle: Love

What your world needs now is “love.” As you go through life and experience events that become teachable moments, always insert love. You don’t need another mountain to climb or vast rivers to cross, you need love. If you really want to live, prosper and ground yourself each and every day-embrace love.

Envelop yourself with love.

“Love yourself first and everything else falls into line.
You really have to love yourself to get anything done in this world.” ~Lucille Ball

Repeat after me: I love ME! Say it again-I LOVE me. Louder now: I LOVE ME!

Once you have that inner knowing-I LOVE ME-regardless of vicissitudes, in spite of doubt, that transcends momentary anguish, you are personalizing miracles.  When you are entrenched in the space of love, life happens. Happiness happens. Unspeakable joy happens. Your world of manifesting everything you want happens. Gratitude happens. Life happens. You, in authenticity, happen.

The strongest teacher you can be is to radiate love. Love that is unconditional, blameless, guiltless is miraculous. Love in your world and love in you is the beacon of light that you can beam out to everyone, not for just some one special but especially for everyone. Live love, give love, teach love.

YOU Are a Miracle

Look high, look low. Look between, look behind. Look above, look around. You are a miracle!

There is no where else to look, there is no miracle “out there” because the miracle is inside you.

You are a miracle; perfect in creation, inimitable and un-duplicatable. You have blown into you the breath of indomitable power. A part of your miracle is to discover and align with your life purpose. This then, unleashes your true power essence that is not bound by your physical condition. The body is the “throne of the inner temple” thus by that description you are a magnificent miracle who is already a brilliant, radiant, illumined, capable throne of genius potency.

No one is better equipped than you.

Have no fear, fear not!

Do this right now: Say out loud to yourself- I AM A MIRACLE. This is your daily mantra, I am a miracle. You are a miracle created in a perfect human form that is a temple to be honored, respected, and expected to make a difference in this life world. There is no more time to tarry, languish, debate. You have been told you are a miracle and now it is expected of you to live a boundless, miraculous life.

There is no time to lose, no time to waste. No second, minute or hour is promised so live like a miracle right now, today. Every aspect of your life is magical and sacred. Not some aspect of who you are, but EVERY part of who you are is miraculous. Open your mind to that source reality and begin today to expand your inner and outer awareness of your temple being.

Simply by grandly appreciating yourself, you polish your inner temple with loving gratitude when leads to a heightened awareness of the world around you. You open your mind to new possibilities, take delight in discovering the formerly imprisoned self to explore and discover the miracle of your life. As you expand your miracle mindset, you begin to engage more deeply in each breath moment and your life feels magical and profound.

When you honor your inner miracle – it is within you – your life will transform into an expression of miracles.
You are a purposeful miracle, you are a miracle.

Monday Miracle: What are You Worth?

Worth is a mighty, validating measurement. Have you considered your worth?

What are you worth?  In the creation of Monday miracles, the subject of worthiness or validity probably comes up for you at random times and in all probability your answers to that question of “worth” is manifested by behaviors that support your belief or self valuation.   This means then, that having an accurate sense of your worth is of defining merit.  This question and the answer you equate with it parallels the age old seminal question: Who am I?

Your calculation – far beyond numerical digits – of your worth can canalize or give direction to discovering perpetual happiness, inner acceptance, quiet resolve, and illumined grace.  Thus, determining what you are worth is significant.

How do you determine what you are worth?

Here are a few ways to consider worth: (please modify and add to this short list)

  • How do you feel about your contributions in life up to now? Are you excited, ready to contribute more because what you do has made a difference?
  • Do you feel respected and valued for what you do and who you are?
  • What do others say about you that speak to the worthiness of who you are?
  • When do you feel most worthy?

These questions are meant only to probe your inner psyche about how you perceive worth. That is the  true measurement of miraculous worth. I’ve often repeated the title of one of my favorite books by Terry Cole Whitaker, What You Think of Me is None of My Business; the reason being is because what others think of you is measureless compared to what you think of you.

What you think of yourself is the true, telling point of self-valuation.  Nothing more, nothing less. What you believe or perceive and accept about yourself tells it all.

If you cannot accept your noble worth and power, then no one else will.

A healthy sense of worth does not signify arrogance nor does a lower sense of worth signify humility or servility. Neither extreme is your lifeline.  What is more likely when you probe deeply the questions, is a balanced symmetry of traits and actions that fluctuate in measures of impact.

We are all WORTHY. There is not one worthless person alive. The honor is to recognize our worth and to acknowledge the worth in others. It matters not the measuring tool you use nor the size of our measurement, what matters is the acceptance of who you are and then loving that special worth within yourself and in others.

“There are four questions of value in life: What is sacred? Of what is the spirit made? What is worth living for? and What is worth dying for? The answer to each is the same-only love.” ~Johnny Depp

You are worthy, priceless estimations of joy and love.

Tell us how you determine your worth. Let’s start an open conversation around the question: How do you determine your worth?

Miracle Monday: Quiet

A miracle will happen today! What a fabulous declaration for Monday.

It is true that you can reach any goal with the proper perspective.  One grounding exercise is to be quiet-really quiet in the mind and mouth.

My request today, especially after the possible frenzy from holiday travel, gatherings or shopping last week, open this week with some quiet mindfulness.  Pause for a moment, right where you are and do a mental examination of various aspects of your life and determine whether you are satisfied with them. For example, you may think about finances during this time. If so, examine how you feel about money and how you manage money right now. Or, you may need to think longer about a family relationship. Consider the dynamics of the interactions you have with that particular person.  It does not matter what you spend your quiet time on, simply quietly think.

Now that you have spent the requisite quiet time with mindfulness and you know what you intend to improve, next take a sheet of paper and begin jotting notes about the ideal circumstances you would like to create whether it’s with money, family relationships or some other aspect of your life. Creatively write, as offered by Julie Cameron. As you write, without censure, tap into your core of pure genius, and let perfect solutions flow onto the page.

Quiet mindfulness allows you to co-create through the purity of divine intention the most solid, revealing solutions. The barriers that tend to block your flow of manifesting a miracle often comes from your learned response to control or force solutions that ends up creating more blockages in our lives. Release your mind, let go of your thoughts of control, and open yourself to the flowing fonts of inner governance.

“In the absence of clearly-defined goals, we become strangely loyal to performing daily trivia until ultimately we become enslaved by it.”

~Robert Heinlein

Relax and open your mind to creative inspiration and you will euphorically discover that creating inspiring details of what you want becomes a simple and effortless process. You can manifest a miracle simply by first knowing in clear detail the circumstances you intend to create and then inviting the perfect solutions to materialize. What you then attract is a powerful intention that operates on your behalf to give you what you want or something better.

Bob Proctor always asks: What do you want?

When you can clearly answer that question, believe me, your circumstances will then shift, and eventually match the inner intentions you hold  for your life, be it money, relationships, family, weight or anything else.

Today, quietly make your miracle.

Miracle Monday: Ask

Happy Monday, create a miracle!

There is a formula for manifesting what you want in life (we have gone over them in previous posts) and one component is to ask or probe the issue.  But, in the asking – ask specifically for what you WANT. Many people invest energy and emotion on lengthy lists or exercises that concentrate on what they DO NOT WANT. No. In your asking, ask for exactly what you want.

Simply, specifically ask for the exact thing that you want. Check in with your passion radar, even re-take the Passion Test by Chris and Janet Attwood. Find your core desire and then stop and make a request from that-just ask!

Never concern yourself with justifying why you ask for this specific miracle, not to worry the universe will only supply that which is good (even a teachable lesson) for you.  Derrick Ashong, host of The Derrick Ashong Experience on Oprah Radio  underscores this process.  He says,

“When I am starting a project, I often ask questions: If I am asking questions chances are that I’m about to do something worthwhile.”

Do something else worthwhile today, strengthen your miracle chances by asking for what you want.

You are a miracle, expect the miraculous!

Miracle Monday: The “Dorothy” Effect

Good morning world of miracles. Good morning to each of you miracles in the world – wow! Life and the miraculous energy that surrounds and protects us is good.

This Miracle Monday: The “Dorothy” Effect

Last night I watched the last thirty minutes of the classic The Wizard of Oz and was once again captured by this movie based on the book by L. Frank Baum. Fascinating and Fantastic! I have watched Dorothy, toto, tin man, the lion and the scarecrow since I was a little girl at different intervals of my life and loved it. But, last night the deeper meaning of the story finally crystallized for me: You can have anything you desire when you have the heart, courage and mind to look within.

How profound! It is profound to see a movie, set in the late 1930’s, telling us “there is no place like home” within our inner being and belief. There is no place like the homestead of knowledge, a heartfelt belief and the courage to follow your own “yellow brick road” of success. What behaviorist, including me, have been saying is that there is no “secret” to success, it is laid out in front of you.

Let us review your success yellow brick road:

  1. Vision – clearly see your land of Oz where your visions and dreams to come true.  See everything in vivid natural color, feel the excitement of achievement,  and bask in the celebration of getting what you want or getting to where you want to be. Begin with the end in mind as says Stephen Covey.
  2. Action – follow the yellow brick road. Take a step, then another, then another…pick up the pace. Do something every day that move you forward and accelerates you toward each success marker you have set.
  3. Watch – be on guard for “wicked witch” obstacles that will come your way. Keep your focus and stay on the road.  Look for danger, step over pitfalls, detour past doubt, face the fears and dance your way to victory. Never give up, don’t stray off your destined path.
  4. Enroll – accept help. Enroll a mentor and get a team of true supporters you will guide your power.   This is important to keep faith in your inner power and have devoted supporters who have the heart, knowledge and courage to stand with and for you.
  5. Acknowledge – be grateful each moment for every person and circumstance that comes to you. Be mindful of thankfulness and pulsate gratitude. Attract what you rightly deserve and desire, give magnanimously and expect graciously. Share.

Dorothy knew there is no place like the home of love, knowledge and courage within yourself and now so do you.

Click your success heels together three times and repeat after me: There is no place like home, there is no place like home, there is no place like home.

Miracle Monday: Giving

“The service we render to others is really the rent we pay for our room on this earth.

It is obvious that man is himself a traveler; that the purpose of this world is not ‘to have and to hold’ but ‘to give and serve.”
~Sir Wilfred T. Grinfell

It is a miracle to give, give thanks this Monday.  There are so many who need the service of kindness that you give at this moment, right now.  The gift of giving may mean that you are not recognized, what a bounty that is. It may mean that the person you serve by giving out of love never says” thank you,” but give without receipt anyway.  Give, make a miracle in someone else’s life – pay your rent.

Abdu’l-Baha adds “Faith is the magnet which draws the confirmation of the Merciful One. Service is the magnet which attracts the heavenly strength.” Giving and service strengthens our capacity; it magnetizes our ability to attract miracles. Therefore, give freely. It is a law of the universe that the flow of giving circulates a continuous flow of energy.  Dynamic exchange and interchange stimulates the current of return since nothing is static.

Giving prompts receiving and receiving prompts giving – that is pure reciprocity.  Give a smile, give a simple prayer, give praise, give a hug, give financial support. Regardless of the pivot, giving with compassion is a blessing to someone. Transform your life by opening your heart to give and receive with gracious gratitude.

Give without remembering and accept gifts without forgetting. Make a miracles yours by giving and serving someone else today.

Miracle Monday

America the resilient. This is what I felt after watching many of the tributes to those who lost their lives and those who responded with heroic courage on 9/11/2001. We are resilient people and this nation is resilient –  God bless us all.

We are blessed – salute that within your heart. I am so grateful for my girlfriend Monica who stopped by to share her love with me. She came bearing gifts – a lovely candle (which I needed) and a packet of sachet pillows for my drawers (stop laughing I mean the furniture kind) this past weekend. It felt so good to just sit and talk for a while which as a residual from our friendship time together set up beautiful flowing happiness for me all weekend long. Love you Monica!

That act of spontaneous love sparked other miracles. Being this is miracle Monday think about what acts you have done that may have made somebody else happy and probably precipitated residual joy for them. What kind act from your heart have you done for someone else lately? Share it with us, please. The reason is that giving to others without expectation of reciprocation is a miracle magnet.

So let me ask again: What kind act from your heart have you done lately?

Do one or more random act of kindness for someone else today. Just do it and make this your Monday Miracle.

“I have found in life that if you want a miracle you first need to do whatever it is you can do – if that’s to plant, then plant; if it is to read, then read; if it is to change, then change; if it is to study, then study; if it is to work, then work; whatever you have to do. And then you will be well on your way of doing the labor that works miracles. ” ~Jim Rohn

Miracle Monday

The universe is alive with brilliant stars and you are one of them!  Each of us is a star in the galaxy of life and we all have the power to manifest what we want.

Don’t you ever doubt your inner power, regardless of the day of the week or the hour of the day.  As is the power of the galaxy, you have the same inner strength.  It may take diligent work for many to magnify that strength, but be assured  that it can be done. One thought group espoused that manifesting miracles basically only required you to think about waht you wanted and it will appear, similar to a genie in a bottle.

Well,  if that fantasy were true there would be raw hands from rubbing so hard and there would be no woes because we all wish for something better. Dreams require awakened action. Manifesting Mondays takes you to an awareness and point to action you must take to see the change you desire. I started a different type of inner work last week using The Passion Test model by Janet and Chris Attwood that was facilitated by one of their certified trainers.  It was work! Thank you Roy van de Mull.

My discovery is that my passions have changed. This is not utterly profound in that as we phase through our lives, this should be the case. But, often as I can attest, we stay in the same pattern assuming that our passions remain constant throughout life. Not True!

Our passions change and what we want to manifest changes. This is one reason why I urge you to check in on what you truly want to manifest each week.  Here is a suggested process:

1. Wake up (regardless of the time of the day) and meditate. Wake up and feel alive. Take at least 10 minutes. Really get down deep into your internal awareness and meditate on what you want. Be still, concentrate, relax and feel your inner energy.
2. Come clean. Really clean up any lingering mess. Ask for forgiveness, forgive yourself and disallow negativity.  Then take the time to refresh your inner happiness; tap into your passion and enjoy the moments where you were funny, joyful, spiritually uplifted, attuned, in your natural zone of expression.
3. Quiet down. Take a few minutes on Mondays to quiet external noise and allow yourself to experience quiet peace.
4. Clear Your Focus. Clearly, vividly, expressly focus on ONE thing and only ONE thing every Monday. The next Monday you may choose to shift your focus to another thing or remain focused on what miracle you want to manifest.
5. See the end. See your finish point. Be in the scenery and experience all of the expressions that accompany embracing your Monday Miracle.

Lisa Nichols, of The Secret, in her book, No Matter What, specifies the muscles we must develop to create the life we love.  Two of those muscles are-faith in myself and take action muscle. Dreams require action to manifest – act well and wisely. This is your true, passionate life.
This process may require some practice for those who are beginning to Manifest on Mondays, but in a short time, with direct commitment, you will accelerate through these steps with ease and purpose.

Begin today…right now.
Manifest your Monday right now and let us know the result….Be well, be clear, and expect miracles.

Miracle Monday

My the days flow faster and faster as we approach the calendar close of Year 2011.  Here is a thought that uplifted me when I read it:

“If you can find a path with no obstacles, it probably doesn’t lead anywhere.”

~Frank A. Clark

The message from that quote for this Miracle Monday is to check your path. If there are no obstacles, which is an absolute probability, then are you going anywhere purposeful.  Manifesting Monday Miracles is a pathway. Beware and be ready for the challenge of obstacles.  Let us extend this discussion to solutions when challenges arise. There are specific questions and actions to take when confronted with the potential detour of an obstacle:

  1. What Do I Love to Practice? Martha Beck suggests this question as one pivot for manifesting miraculous, sustainable change. Miracles manifest when you practice what you love. According to Beck, “Studies have shown that masters are simply people who’ve practiced a skill intensely for 10,000 hours or more. That requires loving—not liking, loving—what you do. If you really want to excel, go where you’re passionate enough to practice.” Even after the love is gone, re-kindle the passion or move on to another love.
  2. What did I Learn? There is something to learn from each challenge we face.  Ask yourself, what learning lessons are embedded here? Then, apply those lessons and create a manifesting future.  Take different actions, acquire different habits, create distinct opportunities along your learning path.

These are only two questions that will start a review of what you love and what you have learned.  It is my belief that loving and learning are the masterpieces of which miracles are made.  spend some quiet time reflecting on these questions, answer them with quiet resolve and then make a conviction to Manifest what you love and learned this Monday.

You are the creator of the masterpiece.
