What do you see? How clear is your vision? How magnificent is your visualization?

In order  for your goals to materialize, you must have a vivid, electrifying visualization of what you want to achieve.  There are four parts of visualization – learn and assiduously practice each step every day to capture the incredible power of seeing what you want.

  1. Daily Diligence

The first step of visualization is daily practice, the frequency  that you visualize the achievement of your goal by seeing yourself in your mind’s eye accomplishing exactly what you want is the impetus you need to marshal your success. The more often you repeat a clear mental picture of your very best performance or the achievement of the goal, the more rapidly it will manifest as part of your reality.

2.  Duration

The second step of visualization is duration, how long you maintain your mental picture.  The length of  time that you can hold your visual image (it should not be a full n length movie) deepens your ability to attract what you need and see the actions required to complete your goal.  The duration depends on you, some may need more time to vividly see their achievement and others may only need seconds to inculcate their image. Take your time, do what serves your highest need.

“Achievement, of whatever kind, is the crown of effort, the diadem of thought.” ~Elbert Hubbard

3.  Direction

The third step of visualization is direction. There is a direct, one-to-one relationship between how vividly clear you can see the direction of your goal or result in your mind and how quickly it comes into your reality. Your ability to directly cast the goal in your mind is what transmutes desire directly and determines how quickly your visual image materializes.

4.  Desire

The fourth element of visualization is intense desire, how badly do you want to achieve your goal. The intensity of your desire and the strength of the emotion that you attach to your visual image is vital to achievement. This is the most important and powerful part of the visualization process.

Visualization is a process, as is success. Work the process and it will work for you.

Vivid visualization + volition = success.

Leap Year Day: 3 Tips for Leaping Life

Don’t waste the day, instead plan to make this day a leap to your success.  In case a refresher reminder is necessary to aide your towering leap to your success in 2012 these three tips can maximize your achievement:

  1. Speak positive truth all day. Talk out loud to yourself. Affirm in a thundering voice positive mantras. If you have not written a personal mantra, write one. Mine is-I am child of a rich father. I deserve the best for it is my right. This is my positive truth that I proclaim in a booming voice to leap life everyday.  Shout with strong emotion your affirmation and other positive messages all day.
  2.  Don’t worry, be happy this leap year day. Clear out all negativity today. Replace worry with gratitude, find sources of happiness. Whistle, sing, dance, collect memories, draw, paint, swing in the playground, walk in the park, skip rope, play flag ball, smile, say something tender. You get the point, control unrewarding input. Guard your ear-gate and heart-gate. Shut away the news. Find what is fun and funny. Make yourself and others happy – leap ahead just like a frog.
  3. Think and see your goal checklist for the year. Let me recommend a website for goal-setting, www.achieve-goal-setting-success.com.   This site is full of free goal setting, success, achievement strategies and life skills for adults and children to leap your year.  It is a well documented fact that goal-setters succeed, and people who succeed have goals. Make your goal road map using the tools found on the website or create one independently, whatever route you take to make definite your goals that have a start and end date that will allow you to leap life, do it NOW-29 February 2012 is your start date.

Make major efforts to identify and supercharge your success.  Never despair or get discouraged since, even with the strongest leap, goal attainment takes times.  Work and prepare and work persistently.  Keep on keeping on, leap this year to your success!

Leap Year 2012 is your date to energize your actions for success.

What Do You Want?

I don’t mean to be rude as is customarily the case when someone sounds irritated in a response to you. No, not at all. My intention by asking this question, what do you want is to probe you to think about the life question – What do YOU Want?

Really, ask yourself this question right now. Say, self (insert your name here) what do you want?

Next, take deliberate steps to answer the question. Let me real clear here – until you answer the question and seer the answer into your soul, you will be a flounder fish out of the water of life.

Don’t despair; I have Answers, thus the name Anita Answers – smile. Act on these five points to define exactly what you want.

Answer One
: Make a dream board, vision board, mastermind chart or goal message that contains images and wordings of exactly what you want. Be bodacious. Dream BIG! Fantasize. The main point in designing this visual of what you want is to allow no limitations at this point. Regardless of whether you can imagine or even expect most of what you really want to happen, do it anyway. Dream in colorful, broad dimension. That’s your only task.

To confirm my point, read The Eleventh Element by Robert Scheinfeld.

Answer Two
: Allow your 11th Element to work – this means that you must believe everything you want as visualized and set in visual form in Answer One. Belief becomes behavior.

Answer Three
: Act as if it has already been done. Behave in conformity with your beliefs. See the end now and act like you see every reality of your vision. Act like success and ecstatically enjoy who you have become.

Answer Four
: Write down the goals and objectives for each segment of your vision. For example: if you envision losing 30 pounds, then your goal should specifically state: I will lose 30 pounds. The objectives for that goal may be to feel better, to enjoy better health, to look sexy, to become more active, etc. These are specific reasons that support the goal.

Also, keep in mind that a goal must be specific! Otherwise, you only have a vague longing which will grant you nothing. You are capable of being definite here, so state in specific detailed form exactly what you want.

This is critical here because when you know why you want to do something, the how becomes easy. So, write the goal and then support the goals with rational reasons that explain why.

Answer Five
: Go beyond yourself. No woman or man is an island. Thus, when you attach your new intentional goals to an altruistic cause that allows you to extend service to others, the reality of the goal is even more entrenched. Align at least one of your goals to service; there is plenty service work to do.

Answer Six
: Finally, become a repetitive ant. Get busy building your success ant mound. Do the same things, repeat the same mantra, look at your vision board and goals and objectives a hundred times a day or more if you need to. Make your own rhythm, but get busy making a repetitive rhythm. Repeat your goals out loud, write then down again and again, and look at your vision board to see the outcome you are working toward. Repeat, repeat, repeat until you have inculcated a new you and can instantly act accordingly. Act, act now, and continue to act!

Make success – whatever that dream is – your new habit.
The year 2010 will be different, when you are ready to be different!

Now, answer me. What do YOU Want?
